Compensation:

$43.00 – $44.85 per hour + $2 per hour night shiftdifferential if on night shift. As a Control System Lead/ Automation Engineer, you will leadservice technicians on the team while maintaining, troubleshooting,and modifying Material Handling (MHE) control systems equipment toensure operational performance. Promote a safe working environmentby following all safety procedures Maintain and troubleshoot all VFDs, Motors/Wiring configurations,PLCs, Computers, Electrical Schematics, Control Circuits, andPreventive / Predictive maintenance Perform PLC Control level issue diagnosis and maintenance (AllenBradley) Utilize SCADA systems and KPI’s to maintain efficiency Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams,control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches,proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. Collaborate and build relationships with all levels in theorganization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electricalengineering, automation engineering, or equivalent OR 2+ years ofequivalent professional experience. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends,nights, and/or holidays 2+ years of experience with robotics work cells and its controlsystems 3+ years of experience with Ladder Logic and structure programmingfrom Siemens, Allen-Brady, or Codesys PLCs 3+ years of experience with PLC-controlled automation and issuediagnosis in a continuous process or production environment. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures andrelate them to others. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) Experience working with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Safety,etc.) to coordinate complex maintenance activities 2+ years of experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting,programming, and designing HMI and control network components 2+ years of experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting,and modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, VariableFrequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components 2+ years of experience of industrial electrical hands-on experienceand troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDCsystems 2+ years of experience interpreting, modifying, and developingmechanical and electrical drawings 2+ years of experience identifying, maintaining, and utilizingSCADA systems and KPIs 2+ years of experience with programming software such asRSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls softwareplatforms 2+ years of experience supporting a wide range of differentconveyors and sortation systems.
