Eli Lilly and Companyseeks an Engineer (R3-R4) to support asset delivery, processdevelopment, commissioning, qualification, validation, and startupof parenteral manufacturing processes and equipment. Providetechnical support for parenteral drug product manufacturing,formulation, and cleaning and sterilization processes. Overseedevelopment and execution of strategies for validation ofproduction equipment and systems, including parts washers,autoclaves, formulation, filling, and controlled temperature units.

Provide technical support for root cause investigations related toprocess equipment. Analyze manufacturing data using statisticalprinciples to identify trends, process disruptions, andopportunities for continuous improvements. LI-DNI Position requiresa Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, EngineeringManagement, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressivelyresponsible experience with process engineering for pharmaceuticalmanufacturing systems. Experience must include a minimum of: 5years of experience with parenteral systems, includingsterilization and sterilizing-grade filtration solutions; 5 yearsof experience with drug or biological product formulation; 5 yearsof experience with process optimization and implementing andtroubleshooting production processes and equipment; 3 years ofexperience with supporting installation, operational, andperformance qualification activities; and 2 years of experiencewith deviation and change management systems, including Trackwise.

Up to 15% domestic and international travel required.
