We are seeking a skilled System Engineer specializing in Industrial Controls to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems in various industrial applications. This role requires a strong understanding of automation technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
Implement and maintain SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
Develop and integrate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications to enhance user interaction with control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation and control systems into the overall process.
Perform system integration testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize Matlab and Simulink for modeling and simulation of control systems.
Apply PID control techniques to improve process performance and stability.
Design and review circuit designs for control systems and instrumentation.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI development.
Familiarity with instrumentation and process control methodologies.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving automation system issues.
Knowledge of robotics and their application in industrial environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink for control system design and analysis.
Understanding of PID control principles and application in real-time systems.
Experience in circuit design and electrical engineering fundamentals.
