My client is actively seeking a dedicated Process Engineer tojoin their team. As a Process Engineer , you will be responsiblefor developing, optimizing, and sustaining plastic moldingprocesses that ensure the production of high-quality parts in asafe and efficient manner. This role requires hands-on problemsolving, process documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Client Details My client is an established organization within theplastics Manufacturing industry. With a significant presence in themarket, they are recognized for their commitment to technologicalinnovation and high-quality products in industries such as medical,industrial, automotive, and consumer products. DescriptionReporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for thefollowing: Design, enhance, and develop manufacturing processes forefficiency and productivity. Evaluate existing manufacturingprocedures and suggest improvements. Work closely with theEngineering & Manufacturing team to implement new strategies.

Ability to operate process related equipment independently. Resolvetechnical issues in a timely manner. Adhere to all safetyregulations and guidelines. Provide technical support and trainingto the manufacturing team. Prepare and deliver technicalpresentations on process improvements and project status. Profile A successful Process Engineer shouldhave: A Bachelor’s Degree in plastics engineering, mechanicalengineering, or chemical engineering 3 years of experience inplastics engineering Injection molding is a requirement Solidunderstanding of manufacturing and injection molding processes.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellentcommunication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in technicalsoftware and a strong understanding of safety regulations. JobOffer A competitive salary of $80,000 – $100,000 annually.
