Write and update instructions and documentation for moldingprocesses. Lead improvement projects in the molding department.

Help estimate new jobs and work on project teams for new tooling.

Take part in quality audits and help ensure molding meets companystandards. Follow and promote safety and cleanliness across theshop. Help design and improve mold tools and suggest new equipmentto support production.

What You’ll Need:

Degree in MechanicalEngineering, Plastics Engineering, or similar. 5 years ofexperience working with plastic parts and molding processes. Strongknowledge of plastic materials and mold tooling. Experience withsetting up and testing molding processes. Scientific moldingknowledge (Master Molder certification is a plus). Goodproblem-solving and communication skills. Able to workindependently and manage multiple tasks. Strong teamwork and peopleskills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.). Experience with quality standards like ISO or TS is a plus.
