Our vertically integrated state of the art facility includes ISO class 7 cleanroom environments and cutting edge automation About the role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in our state of the art facility. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing our manufacturing process and ensuring product quality, particularly in the Plastics Engineering sector. This role is pivitol in enhancing and reducing waste through the application of applying Lean Manufacturing principles Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement process designs for new products and production lines.
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues to identify and resolve problems swiftly.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement in processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to process engineering and modifications.
Lead projects focused on process optimization and equipment validation.
Support training of production staff on new processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
Proven experience in Process Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
Experience with injection molding processes and equipment.
Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis.
Project management experience is a plus, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
