We are looking for an experienced and proactive Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our production team and help maintain efficient, safe, and productive operations across multiple shifts.

Job Summary:

The Injection Molding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing team performance, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and supporting operational goals. This individual will play a key role in driving productivity, troubleshooting equipment or process issues, and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all molding operations and personnel on assigned shift(s) Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime Monitor and optimize machine performance, part quality, and cycle efficiency Lead daily shift meetings and maintain accurate shift documentation Troubleshoot molding and auxiliary equipment issues as they arise Support mold changeovers and setup processes to ensure quick turnaround Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures at all times Train and coach team members on best practices and proper procedures Work collaboratively with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments

Qualifications:

Experience in injection molding, including supervisory or lead role a must Strong understanding of injection molding machinery and processing techniques Familiarity with mold setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work across rotating shifts as needed Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing practices a plus as we are planning to move towards ISO certification
