Responsible for supervising all aspects of manufacturing at ourinjection molding facility in Sumter, SC on a 3-2-2-3-shift. Mustbe willing to work either day or night shift & flexible to workoutside of normal schedule as needed. The position will beresponsible for 97 injection presses 11) Proven track recordreducing waste & driving Safety.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred (desired) 4+ years experience in injection molding required Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment orTier 1 Automotive strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of plastics injection molding processesdesired. Previous experience as a supervisor leading 20 or more employees 2yrs required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to travel occasionally (Demonstrated leadership abilitiesincluding team building, coaching, mentoring, and conflictresolution. Knowledge & experience of lean manufacturing principles and sixsigma methodologies.
