Molding Supervisor Responsibilities Supervisors manage all personnel, equipment, molds and machinery, and everything else in the Injection Molding department for your shift. Supervisors are responsible for training of all personnel in the Injection Molding department. Supervisors are very involved in the hiring of new employees in the Injection Molding department. Molding Department Supervisors are involved in the continuous improvement in your area. Molding Supervisor Requirements Previous Injection Molding experience, including working knowledge of mold changes, processing, troubleshooting, and machine operation (you will be training Operators as part of this role) At least one year of previous Supervisory experience on the plant floor Great communication skills Desire to make a difference and the ability to hold people accountable to accomplish your goals.
