The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality. This role focuses on product and equipment design while ensuring that all processes comply with safety and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with product design teams to integrate manufacturability into new product designs.
Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to assess and improve existing processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to process design, specifications, and improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the engineering process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in process engineering, product design, and equipment design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
