$85-$90k Job Description An Insight Global client is seeking a Technical Process Engineer for their manufacturing site in Columbia, SC. The role primarily involves maintaining existing systems and executing directives from fiber leadership, with limited focus on process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Running trials to optimize the use of recycled materials. Analyzing data and evaluating run times. Implementing machine modifications. Collaborating with production teams to identify key performance measures. Conducting analyses and preparing reports for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience Educational Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Manufacturing Experience :
Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Data Analysis Proficiency :
Strong skills in data analysis, including run time, machine modifications, and quality assessments.
Process Improvement :
Experience in process improvement initiatives.
Polymerization Knowledge :
Familiarity with polymerization, whether through hands-on experience or theoretical understanding. Nice to
