  • Summary
  • The Process Engineer is a subject matter expert on tea manufacturing process representing the Engineering and Technical Services TEAm as a business partner to the Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Procurement, and Quality Assurance TEAms.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintains Technical Processing Equipment Specifications across the enterprise
  • Identifies and executes cost savings initiatives
  • Subject Matter Expert on Process Equipment
  • Partnership with the QA TEAm to ensure equipment is properly validated and operating within required specifications
  • Subject Matter Expert in developing and maintaining design and operating standards for process equipment
  • Develops training plans for Engineering and Maintenance TEAm Members
  • Ensures Maintenance TEAms have access to useful and actionable Preventative Maintenance procedures for maintaining process equipment
  • Supports the development of Miloss Tea Company automation projects from both a technical perspective and through business intelligence and expertise
  • Follow safety policy and procedures including, but not limited to, lock out-tag-out, hot work permit and confined space
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities
  • This position has food Safety Responsibilities
  • Other responsibilities, as necessary.
  • Qualifications
  • :

Bachelors degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in process or project engineeringExperience with industrial controls systems.
