This is an exciting opportunity to support civil and rail infrastructure projects through drafting, design, and plan preparation—especially site plans, grading, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D . The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and detailed site plans, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Support civil engineers and fellow technicians across a range of infrastructure and rail projects. Ensure work is completed on time and meets company standards for quality and accuracy. Manage project workloads and priorities with a high degree of organization. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D with strong drafting and design skills. Strong understanding of construction systems, techniques, and industry standards. Ability to produce high-volume, error-free drawings. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education & Experience Preferred :

Associate’s degree or higher in a related field and at least 2 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Alternatively :

At least 4 years of hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in a civil engineering setting.
