Interior/Architectural Designer (In-Person Role) Ridgefield, CT | Full-time | Monday-Friday At Clark Construction, we believe home is more than a structure — and building it should feel personal, collaborative, and deeply rewarding. We’re a close-knit design/build firm specializing in high-end residential work. Our team cares about each other, our clients, and the spaces we create. We’re looking for an Interior or Architectural Designer who can guide projects with skill, heart, and creativity. Someone who’s just as comfortable doing a site survey as they are sitting down with a client to talk cabinetry and textures. What you’ll do: Manage the design process from concept through construction docs Visit homes, document existing conditions, and bring ideas to life Collaborate with our internal team and clients to make every detail shine Mentor junior teammates and support the field when questions arise What you bring: 3-5 years of professional design experience A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD and comfort with SketchUp Deep care for detail and craftsmanship A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills We’re looking for someone who loves to learn, stays organized under pressure, and sees problems as opportunities. This is an in-person position. You must live in or near Ridgefield, CT, or be willing to relocate. Remote work is not an option for this role.
