Architect Ironcrest Development 3101 West Broward Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL 33312 Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing projects from conception through completion, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure their vision is realized. Duties Develop and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and project requirements. Utilize software tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, and SketchUp to create detailed drawings and models. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects. Prepare detailed documentation for building permits and regulatory approvals. Engage in project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Utilize advanced modeling tools such as 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper for design visualization. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Grasshopper. Strong understanding of construction management principles and project management methodologies. Excellent sketching skills for conceptual design development. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Attention to detail with a focus on quality in all aspects of work. A valid architectural license is preferred but not required.
