Design Consultant The Hyde Group Consulting Naples, FL 34114 Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role requires a blend of technical skills and artistic vision to create innovative designs that meet client specifications and project requirements. Construction Design experience is required. Responsibilities Develop and produce design concepts, schematics, and detailed drawings using CAD software. Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and objectives. Utilize software such as (e.g. 20/20, SketchUp, CoConstruct, BuilderTrend, AutoCad)to create high-quality visual representations of designs. Prepare presentations and design documentation for client meetings. Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are feasible within the given environment. Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members. Maintain organized project files and documentation using Bluebeam for collaboration. Qualifications Proficiency in design software including 20/20, SketchUp, CoConstruct, BuilderTrend, AutoCad and Bluebeam. Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography. Ability to create detailed schematics and technical drawings. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. A degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
