• AutoCAD $70,000-105,000 depending on experience AutoCAD Civil 3D Residential Subdivisions & Land Development Position Overview Based in Jacksonville, FL, we are seeking a skilled Civil Designer with expertise in AutoCAD to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting civil engineering projects with a focus on residential subdivisions and land developments. The role involves collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to create detailed project designs that meet both client needs and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce detailed civil engineering designs using AutoCAD software. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives. Prepare site layout plans, grading plans, drainage systems, and other civil design documents. Ensure designs comply with local regulations and industry standards. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data for design purposes. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant land development design experience. 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D software is required. Experience in residential design & land development projects. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Benefits Base salary:

$70,000
