Residential Architectural Drafter (REVIT) Sharp Design Studio is searching for exceptionally skilled Drafters with experience in drafting basic sets of working drawings, from hard lined design development to construction documents. Ideal candidates should possess a basic knowledge of residential construction and have a general understanding of Architectural Graphic Standards. Residential Architectural Drafter (REVIT) Skills Draft basic sets of working drawings Draft supplemental drawings (such as option diagrams, sales collateral, etc.) Use latest version of ACAD/REVIT and current SDS Drafting Standards to maintain construction drawings Produce lot specific sets of plans Process Plan Change Requests and reproduce accurate deliverables Must have effective oral and written communication skills Must have working knowledge of current local building codes and construction techniques (multi-state knowledge is a plus!) Must have ability to work with minimum supervision and self-check for accuracy Must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, timed environment 2+ years of architectural drafting experience, with latest versions of Auto
