About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager or Architectural Technologist with advanced Revit expertise to lead the development and implementation of our digital design standards across a growing portfolio of branded real estate projects. This person will play a key role in building and maintaining our architectural brand standards to achieve high-quality project delivery. n
Responsibilities BIM Management & Standards:
Develop and maintain company-wide Revit templates, families, and BIM standards aligned with our design brand guidelines. Standardize workflows and model management practices across all project teams. Ensure consistency and quality control across all Revit-based deliverables. Develop accurate, high-quality Revit models for custom furniture and millwork packages. Support the internal design team with visualization, material schedules, and detailing as needed.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Act as BIM lead during consultant coordination phases to ensure clean model integration and efficient clash detection workflows. Provide support and training to internal team members on Revit standards and modeling best practices. Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or interior architecture with a strong focus on Revit-based production and BIM coordination. Advanced proficiency in Revit, with experience building custom families, managing templates, and setting up coordinated drawing sets. Experience with consultant coordination and multi-disciplinary BIM model integration. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to support multiple teams and deadlines. Experience working on hospitality, multifamily residential, or commercial fit-out projects is a plus. Working knowledge of rendering and visualization tools to support presentation preferred. Familiarity with Enscape + Twinmotion preferred. n Benefits
