The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil technical drawings, specifications, and design standards. This role requires both technical drafting expertise and the ability to produce accurate project estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise technical drawings, layouts, and details using AutoCAD.
• Develop accurate project estimates and assist in cost proposals.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Communicate effectively with clients, following up on estimates to support project closure and sales goals.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet drafting and design standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Drafter or in a similar drafting/estimator role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of civil drafting standards, methods, and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced time-management and organizational abilities; able to work both independently and within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
