The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be ambitious, creative designer who is looking to improve the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas. A position you’ll love: + You’ll be providing conceptual design and design support documentation as part of teams working on a variety of Mixed-Use; Multi-family and Office projects ranging from individual buildings, to large urban + suburban developments and master planning studies; + You’ll be participating as part of construction document teams on highly designed and detail oriented projects while learning about construction practices on real project sites; + You’ll have the opportunity to build models, both physical and digital; and + You will be working with a highly collaborative team to produce and execute extraordinary work. Ideal candidates will have the following

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (desire to work towards becoming a registered architect); + 3+ years of professional work experience; + Excellent communication skills and highly organized; + Extraordinary computer skills including proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. + Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture; + A self-starter, inquisitive and creative thinker and an independent problem solver; and + Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and has a positive disposition.
