Are you a dependable, trustworthy individual? Do you have at least 2-3 years of Architectural Drafting experience in Florida? Then, you might be a good fit for this opportunity! We operate a private architectural firm here in Orlando, FL. You can work from the main office; however, the office is nearly virtual, with Architects and other Support team members operating remotely. We prefer you work from your own home/office. We are looking for the right individual for this unique opportunity. With the proper patience, skills, and willingness to learn, someone could quickly excel in this position and be afforded more opportunities. There is potential for management-level responsibilities and, of course, an increased compensation rate.

Position Requirements:

2-3 years of AutoCAD-based

ARCHITECTURAL

drafting experience. Engineering or Mechanical drafting will not count. Own a Personal Computer capable of supporting AutoCAD 2016 or better. Must use our AutoCAD drafting standards to draft the existing conditions of projects of residential and commercial types. Consistent High-Speed Internet access. You must be available for weekly team meetings. Have your reliable transportation source to drive to projects for field measurements. Must be willing to climb a ladder occasionally and get into a homeowner’s attic. Have a flexible schedule to start.
