Architectural Designer Fury Construction & Development Delray Beach, FL 33446 We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of design concepts and assisting with project documentation across various phases of design. The ideal candidate has a passion for architecture, strong technical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client in the development of design concepts Prepare schematic designs, presentations, and pre-construction documents Produce accurate architectural drawings using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino – SketchUp Create 3D renderings and visualizations for client presentations Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainable design strategies Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other team members throughout project phases Assist in site visits, field verification, and project reviews as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field is preferred 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural or developer’s firm Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Experience with 3D modeling software (Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion) is a must Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills Familiarity with construction documentation and detailing Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and zoning regulations Preferred Skills (Bonus): Familiarity with project delivery methods and permitting processes Interest or experience in interior architecture design
