We are highly focused on project design and delivery to meet the most exacting standards. We are currently seeking a team member/ professional to create 3D architectural design renderings.

Duties:

Produce photo-realistic 3D images of proposed millwork interiors. We specialize in custom kitchen and bath designs, in addition to full residence millwork packages. This position is responsible for producing high quality visuals for marketing purposes as well as client presentations. Proficiency in high-quality rendering software is a must. This position is full-time and reports to the Principal.

Qualifications:

• Ability to participate in client discovery meetings to obtain information regarding their style and goals for the space.
• Ability to participate in client facing meetings to present concepts
• 2 – 5 years of experience with creating high-level renderings and operating rendering software such as 3DS Max and/or Lumion or similar
• Strong proficiency in REVIT or similar software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Highly Preferred
• Ability to produce architectural millwork shop drawings is Highly Preferred
• Knowledge of VRAY, and Photoshop is desirable Salary commensurate with experience and above current market rate.
