$90,000•$115,000 Founded in 2005, we are a multidisciplinary engineering firm based in South Florida with offices in various states consisting of a little over 100 employees. We specialize in providing innovative mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection (MEP / FP) engineering solutions for a wide range of project types•including federal, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-end residential developments. We are looking to add a talented Senior Plumbing Designer to join our team in Jupiter Florida! What You Will Be Doing Lead the design and drafting of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems across diverse project types. (e.g., federal, healthcare, high-rise, residential)
Develop comprehensive design and construction documents, including flow diagrams, plans, sections, specifications and calculations. Conduct site surveys and feasible studies to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, electrical, architectural, etc) to ensure cohesive and accurate project documentation.
Ensure integration of cost, quality, schedule, safety, and customer service throughout the design and construction process. Support projects through all phases, from conceptual planning to construction completion. What You Need For This Position Minimum 5 years of experience in Plumbing Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong Communication skills-both written and verbal-for effective collaboration and documentation. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not required.
