Known for delivering high-quality work across healthcare, senior living, multifamily, and commercial sectors, they are expanding their structural team to support continued growth and a robust project pipeline. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structural Designer/Drafter to join their collaborative and multidisciplinary studio. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale senior living and multifamily mid-rise projects, both new construction and renovations, with a strong focus on Revit and AutoCAD production. What YOU get to DO at this growing company: Support structural engineers with drafting and design on various project types including healthcare, senior living, multifamily, and retail/community developments. Produce schematic design drawings, design development documents, and construction documents in compliance with firm standards. Prepare accurate structural plans and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD for mid-rise and large facility designs. Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure consistency and quality across all project documentation. Assist in calculations and structural design tasks under the guidance of licensed engineers. Ensure all design and documentation efforts meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations. Contribute to a collaborative team environment with a focus on delivering client satisfaction and design excellence. What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role: 3-5 years of professional experience in Revit and AutoCAD drafting within the architectural or engineering field. Proficiency in Autodesk Auto

CAD 2019

(or later) and Autodesk Revit 2019 (or later). Demonstrated experience producing structural construction documents for large-scale commercial or residential projects. Familiarity with structural design-build environments, preferably in senior living and multifamily mid-rise construction. Understanding of design standards and drafting practices in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong judgment and the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Experience in new construction and renovation projects utilizing concrete, masonry, and structural framing systems.

Education Requirements:
