D Designer:
Tract Engineering, LLC is looking to hire a Civil3D Designer with four to five (4-5) years experience in Civil3D drafting and design, to join our firm. This position will include developing construction plans meeting local and state requirements. Our ideal candidate should have prior experience in commercial, residential, and multifamily development. Tract is a small firm offering a variety of challenging civil engineering projects including site development, infrastructure design, drainage and storm sewer system design, floodplain modeling, stormwater quality and detention design. The applicant should have:
- High level of experience and knowledge with Civil3D software. 4 + years experience.
- Experience preparing civil engineering construction plans for land development projects including civil site plans, site grading, street and utility plan and profiles using Civil3D.
- Work with a Professional Engineer to submit plans and documents for a review at city, county, and state levels.
- Strong attention to detail including organizational, time management, analytical thinking, observation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-starter.
- Excellent timely communication skills.
