AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter Sullins Engineering, LLC 26 East Athens Street, Winder, GA 30680 Overview We are seeking a motivated and ambitious skilled AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter to launch an exciting career in civil site design, focusing on Residential Subdivision and Commercial Projects in the fast-growing East Atlanta region. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working on high-impact projects for some of the top builders in Atlanta, as well as a select group of local developers. We are flexible on years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D however, candidate must have AutoCad Civil 3D experience. Our office is located in downtown Winder, GA, centrally positioned between Athens and Atlanta, near the rapidly expanding I-85 and Hwy 316 corridors. D Position Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will assist in the preparation of comprehensive civil site development drawings for construction.

Key responsibilities include:

Land planning and conceptual site plans Supporting design engineers with grading plans, utility layouts, and roadway designs Developing storm and sanitary sewer profiles Preparing erosion control plans Analyzing development sites for water quality and quantity

What You’ll Need:

This position involves 100% design work, with a focus on mastering AutoCAD Civil 3D through hands-on experience, team collaboration, and available training resources. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential. Requirements

• AutoCAD Civil 3D software (will provide additional detailed instructions for better software proficiency, if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members
