Job Details JobDetails:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RoadwayEngineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunityto work on multiple high-profile projects that will shape thefuture of transportation. The successful candidate will workclosely with a team of engineers, designers, and project managersto design and implement roadway projects from conceptual stages tofinal construction. This position requires a strong understandingof roadway design principles, transportation engineering, andproject management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implementdetailed design plans for roadway projects using software such asAutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads, and Openroads. 2. Conductstructural analysis and feasibility studies for proposed projects,ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory requirements. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successfulexecution of projects, from initial proposal through to finaldelivery. 4. Oversee and manage all aspects of the projectlifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and resourceallocation. 5. Utilize extensive knowledge of transportationengineering to develop innovative and efficient solutions tocomplex engineering problems. 6. Participate in land developmentprocesses, including site planning, grading, and stormwatermanagement design. 7. Ensure all designs and plans adhere to local,state, and federal regulations and standards. 8. Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.9. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, andstakeholders to ensure all project objectives and expectations aremet.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering ora related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in roadwaydesign, transportation engineering, or a related field. 3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevantdesign software. 4. Experience with InRoads and Openroads is highlydesirable. 5. Strong knowledge of structural analysis andtransportation engineering principles. 6. Proven experience inproject management, with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.8. A strong understanding of land development processes andprinciples. 9. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, butnot required. 10. Ability to problem-solve, think critically, andadapt to changing project needs. Interested in hearing more?
