Minimum three years’ experience with 2D or 3D AutoCAD Architecture, Revit or similar programs. Must be able to work independently and proficiently on elevations, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets and other details of residential floorplans. Should be knowledgeable about building codes and typical design standard dimensions. Must be capable of organizing plans and managing plan libraries for frequent access. This position requires a high degree of independent work with designer contributing their own ideas frequently. Attention to detail, a disciplined approach to the profession, efficiency of execution and ability to execute designs with minimal supervision highly valued. This position collaborates with and works directly with senior management in a fast paced, dynamic work environment initiating as many as 200 houses per year from original designs and variations of base plans. Salary depending on experience and skills, plus bonuses, health care and Simple IRA.
