Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Residential Architectural Designer to join our design team. You’ll be responsible for creating thoughtful, buildable designs for and residential developments—working closely with clients, project managers, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
What We’re Looking For:
2-5+ years of experience in residential architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect (SketchUp and Lumion a plus)
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
Ability to balance design creativity with practical constructability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Degree in Architecture, Drafting/Design, or related field (B.Arch preferred but not required)
Portfolio or samples of residential work
