You’ll handle design, permitting, inspections, and project management across a growing property portfolio. Love architecture? Strong in construction management? Ready to mix field + office work? Responsibilities Support the Director of Design & Construction with drawings and design work Manage projects from concept through construction Submit and manage building permit applications under your license Conduct site visits and inspect existing conditions Organize and maintain property records and data Lead the Design Review Committee for a homeowners’ association Collaborate with company executives on property planning and budgeting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect in Louisiana 3 years of experience in construction documents and administration Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills Project scheduling and estimating experience Must have a personal vehicle for site visits
