Position Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Residential Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for helping clients through the interior design phase — using our in-house design studio select interior finishes for custom homes. You’ll work directly with clients, new home specialists, and our construction team to ensure each project reflects the homeowner’s lifestyle and aligns with the Andries Builders standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare visual and material presentations for client review Facilitate selections meetings to help clients choose finishes, fixtures, and materials Track and manage selection deadlines to ensure timely construction starts Maintain communication between clients and our construction/project management team Stay up-to-date on design trends and local building codes Assist in keeping our design studio organized, stocked, and client-ready Create new displays and source new selections for the design studio Qualifications Proven experience in residential home design and interior design Excellent communication and presentation skills Client-first attitude with a passion for home design Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously Understanding of construction timelines and processes is a plus Knowledge of materials, finishes, and home product lines Why Andries Builders?
