Competitive salary + excellent benefits Overview Entegee Engineering is seeking a results-driven Engineering Manager with proven experience in structural steel and/or aluminum design to lead engineering operations. This individual will play a critical role in the design, analysis, and production of heavy-duty systems—ensuring safety, structural integrity, and manufacturability. Engineering Manager Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and drafters in the design and development of products built with structural steel and aluminum frameworks.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards for safety, weight distribution, legal compliance, and durability , particularly for over-the-road and heavy-haul applications.
• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate structural feasibility of custom requests , pricing, and applications involving aluminum or steel components.
• Work closely with Manufacturing to deliver cost-effective, structurally sound designs that are practical to build and assemble on the shop floor.
• Oversee product testing and prototype development, particularly for new structural configurations using aluminum or steel.
• Maintain strict adherence to engineering standards, drawing accuracy, and proprietary data security.
• Participate in warranty reviews and help resolve issues related to structural performance or material behavior .
• Coordinate with outside services such as prototype testing and material suppliers.
• Support legal and safety teams on issues related to product liability, structural failures , and patent protection.
• Background in structural design , truck chassis, agricultural machinery, off-road equipment, or military vehicle structures.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, load distribution, materials science , and mechanical design with steel and aluminum.
• Experience managing engineers and overseeing drafting/design documentation.
• Familiarity with design processes that affect warranty costs and long-term durability.
• Must be able to interpret and assess engineering prints, frames, and structural assemblies.
• Ability to access manufacturing environments and engage in hands-on inspections.
• Comfortable working near or around agricultural products, welding shops, and fabrication chemicals.
• Must be proficient in CAD and engineering tools related to structural modeling and design validation. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering required.
• PE License required or must be willing to obtain.
