Portfolio of successful, completed projects or similar work. 8. Ability to respectfully communicate and work effectively in a team environment with both administrative, field personnel and customers. 9. Willingness to learn new project management/estimating practices and workflow. 10. Self-motivated, strong work ethic to succeed and get results. Works well and diligently alone. 11.
