Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required Engineer in Training (EI) certification preferred 0-2 years of related job experience Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD), data recording and analyzation software Verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office Suite or related software knowledge Organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
Use design software and drawing tools to accurately render and communicate designs Read existing condition maps and land surveys to note land grading, nearby structures, and other factors that could affect the placement of design During the design process, ensure that all codes are being followed, and plans are accurate Consults with managerial staff regarding engineering requirements for construction of various designs and modifications Collaborate with Latitude 35 staff to ensure projects progress properly Monitors progress of tasks that are delegated Responsible for staying current on local code laws to ensure designs stay within parameters Does this sound like the position for you?
