Based on performance, efficiency & productivity Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman & Revit Technician to support our residential design projects through all phases of development—from initial concept through permit documentation. This hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit , self-motivated, and capable of producing high-quality architectural drawings and 3D models with accuracy and speed. Compensation is performance-based, rewarding those who are efficient, reliable, and productive. Responsibilities Create accurate 3D models and architectural drawings in Revit for residential projects Develop drawings for all key phases: Phase 1: Concept Design Phase 2: Pricing Set Phase 3: Permit Set Coordinate with project managers and lead designers to meet deadlines and design intent Review and revise drawings as projects evolve through design iterations Maintain organized file systems and adhere to project standards Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings as needed Skills Proficiency in Revit (required) Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and architectural drafting standards Ability to interpret sketches, markups, and design concepts into technical documents Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote/hybrid environment Familiarity with building codes and permit documentation is a plus
