Full time position to work with design team and consultant(s) to develop accurate and appealing site and building layouts. Stage sketches, floor plans and equipment layouts into clear professional designs and visual presentations. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, engineers and vendor to be utilized in planning, co-ordination of construction plans. Ability to interpret building plans and details. Proficiency in Auto-Cad / Revit / Sketch-up, etc. Proficient in Architectural details and construction practices. Knowledgeable of local/state building codes, ADA, OSHA Compliance. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits, if required. Pay may vary consummately with experience
