What You’ll Do:

Lead thedesign and development of commercial, residential, and mixed-useland development projects. Serve as the primary point of contactfor clients, municipalities, and internal teams . Mentor and managejunior engineers, designers, and project teams. Review plans,reports, and permitting documents to ensure compliance and qualitystandards . Coordinate with survey, environmental, and structuralteams for integrated project delivery. Drive business developmentby identifying new opportunities and strengthening clientpartnerships .

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in CivilEngineering (PE license in NC required). 8 years of progressiveland development experience (commercial/residential/mixed-use).Proven leadership in managing teams, timelines, and budgets. Solidknowledge of stormwater, grading, site layout, and utility design .Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to leada meeting and close a deal. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D andrelevant civil design tools. What’s In It for
