Hillsborough, NJ Salary:
$90,000 – $130,000
What You Will Be Doing:
Oversee and design a wide variety of projects, including multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational developments Manage and develop site design from concept through final approval, including stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and regulatory research Prepare or assist with concept plans, site plans, subdivision plans, and reports Apply fundamental knowledge of stormwater management design Coordinate and communicate regularly with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and internal team members
Experience You Will Need:
E.I.T. required; NJ P.E. preferred 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software such as HydroCAD Experience in land development and site design Expertise in stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility design Ability to navigate regulatory agency permitting processes (e.g., NJDEP) and manage site plan and subdivision approvals Capable of managing and designing multiple concurrent projects What’s In It for
