Civil Design Engineer (EIT) Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Land Development Engineer to join our innovative team. This role combines design, engineering, and project management in a dynamic environment, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with a developer rather than a traditional civil consulting firm. Responsibilities Perform Civil 3D design for land development projects. Design storm water management systems. Conduct grading and drainage design. Model utilities and manage projects. Engage with the community and conduct due diligence. Perform feasibility analysis for project development. Essential Skills Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Expertise in land development and site development. Strong background in civil engineering and civil design. Experience in stormwater and drainage design. Project management capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Civil Engineering degree (2 or 4-year). Experience in site design and civil engineering design. EIT or Professional Engineer designation is advantageous.
