ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington. ESE Consultants , a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Civil Engineering Designer for our Raleigh, North Carolina office. What are the primary responsibilities? Utilize AutoCAD to input design elements prepared by engineers Understand drawings and design elements required in a land development plan package Prepare and assist in completing a House Fit Analysis Prepare lot grading Prepare Exhibits Prepare site grading with Engineer direction Design utility and road profiles Design storm pipes given design parameters Design E&S elements Perform earthwork calculations Consider a new opportunity that offers extensive exposure to design and approval processes in residential land development projects! Qualifications Does this describe you?
