To be considered for this 2026 position, you’ll need: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field, from an accredited university Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) preferred Understanding of relevant technologies, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, etc. Interest in designing civil engineering project types, through relevant experience, such as your field of study, internships, co-op, volunteering, or relevant association memberships Methodical approach to problem solving to undertake tasks efficiently and independently Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members Excellent technical written communication and attention to detail, with an ability to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing Excellent teamwork skills, collaborates effectively with colleagues Work towards Professional Engineer (PE) certification Demonstrable interest in engineering projects through relevant experience, such as your field of study, internships, volunteering, or relevant association memberships is considered as an asset Our teams are comprised of bright and enthusiastic people who wish to make a difference to the world that we live in.
