https://enhancedrenovations.com/ Key Responsibilities Participate in client meetings to uncover goals, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences Conduct or assist with site visits, field measurements, and feasibility reviews Create space plans, layout options, 3D models, and visual mockups to communicate design intent Prepare drawings to support budgeting discussions and scope development Collaborate with the project development team to align designs with client expectations and budget ranges Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and pricing constraints Package preliminary designs, notes, and selections for handoff to production design or estimating Ensure all handoff materials are clear, comprehensive, and ready for execution Qualifications Strong working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, 20/20, Revit, or similar). Familiarity with architectural and interior design principles. Excellent rendering and visual communication skills to help clients see the possibilities. Basic understanding of construction and remodeling processes. Effective communicator and collaborative team player. Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
