Architect/Interior Designer Cortona Design U Saddle Riv, NJ 07458 Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of architectural principles. You will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. This role requires collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Develop and present architectural designs using software tools such as Revit, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D.- 2020 Kitchen design -Lumion Create detailed sketches and drawings that convey design intent. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate contract terms. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Utilize NavisWorks for project coordination and clash detection. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Prepare documentation for building permits and regulatory approvals. Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation management and collaboration. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Experience Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in a variety of project types. Proficiency in architectural software including Revit, 3ds Max, NavisWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, and Bluebeam. Strong project management skills with the ability to budget effectively. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management. A portfolio showcasing previous work that highlights creativity and technical skills is preferred.
