Architectural CAD Designer Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software for creating drawings.
• Coordinate any ongoing project revisions and addendums as required.
• Maintain ongoing custom CAD libraries and standards.
• Communicate effectively with team, consultants, vendors, and clients.

Job Requirements Job Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting Architectural and Structural Design Documents.
• Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and frame carpentry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and dedicated to quality work.
• Degree in Architecture/Engineering technology, Building Construction or prior experience in detailing recommended.

Salary Range:
