In this role, you will leverage your expertise in design and sales to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored design solutions, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and layout design, with a flair for technical sales and customer service. Duties Engage with clients to assess their design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and solutions that align with client expectations. Lead consultations and project coordination from design through sales and installation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and architects on design and product selection. Stay updated with accessibility technology and architectural design trends. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably within a design or related industry, with the ability to meet/exceed sales targets. Knowledge of accessibliity codes, ADA, and gengeral design standards is highly perferred. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are handled efficiently.
