$68,000-$75,000 (commensurate with experience) Wiskup Architecture is seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate Designer to join our growing NYC-based team. This is a full-time position for candidates with 3 to 5 years of professional experience who are looking to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, design-forward studio environment.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to all phases of design and documentation, from concept through construction
Produce and coordinate drawings in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
Assist in code research and filing documentation in compliance with NYC and FL building regulations
Collaborate with team members and consultants on residential and commercial projects
Participate in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture
3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in New York City
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD is essential
Strong knowledge of NYC zoning, DOB codes, and permitting processes
Excellent design, technical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
