- Leads the technical direction ofprojects, assisting the Design and Management Teams with thesuccessful delivery of the projects
- Interfaces with Clients,Client representatives, Consultants and Construction Managers
- Hasa working knowledge of local and state building codes, conductingcode research and applying analysis to design requirements
- Prepares design documentation including surveys, reports,architectural drawings, details and specifications throughout allproject phases in line with the project delivery schedule
- Actively coordinates with internal and external engineeringconsultants, including Survey, MEP, Civil, Environmental, CostEstimators and Structural disciplines
- Researches products andmaterials
- Performs design and constructability reviews with theTechnical Director at all phases of the project
- Assists with theoversight and mentorship of junior staff Qualifications
- A degreein Architecture from an accredited college is required
- Professional License is required
- 5-10 years U. S. experience inbuilding design and construction document preparation is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
- Proficiency with 3D Modelingsoftware such as Enscape, Rhino 3D Max or Adobe Creative Suite/Bluebeam is a plus
- Knowledge of International and Local BuildingCodes is required
- Strong conceptual, planning and organizationskills and capability of working both individually and in a teamenvironment on a variety of projects and tasks
- Effectiveinterpersonal and communication skills, expressing ideascompetently and professionally to a technical and non-technicalaudience.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and able tomulti-task.
- Experience with building planning, drawing standards,design, and construction management; including active involvementin a variety of restorative and new design projects
- LEEDcredentials or an understanding of sustainable design is a plus

Compensation:
Minimum:
$90,000; Maximum $120,000. The range provided is the salary thatthe Firm in a good faith believes at the time of this posting iswilling to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation willbe determined on the individual candidates qualifications andlocation.
