ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to various departments, including assistance to Partners and help maintain efficient office organization, workflow and supplies Backup support for general office phone Provide front-desk support, including phone coverage and greeting/directing visitors Support office logistics including mail handling, supply purchasing, and equipment organization Heavy calendar and scheduling management Assist with document organization, record keeping, filing and preparation. Handle light bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and preparing basic financial reports. Research projects when needed Operate office machineries such as computers, photocopiers, and printers; perform light maintenance and troubleshooting Assist with Event/Office program coordination Pantry management Special projects as needed Handle local errands, including picking up office supplies from nearby stores, delivering packages and letters to UPS/FedEx, and dropping off the office compost bin.

Responsibilities :
Team member for large scale renovation projects involving multiple buildings and campus infrastructure. Skills :
Excellent skills in REVIT and Building Information Modeling with a full understanding of LOD classifications and how to execute industry standards for model elements at all phases. Navisworks experience a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and design skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent project delivery experience, including construction documentation and construction administration. Experience in Construction Administration phase a plus.
